Furniture & Wooden Products Warranty
- All wooden furniture, panel furniture, and related accessories include a 6-Month Limited Warranty.
- This warranty does not cover physical damage caused by misuse, negligence, or use of chemical cleaning agents.
Sofas, Upholstery & Fabric Warranty
- Sofa sets, upholstered furniture, and fabrics include a 1-Year Limited Warranty.
- Coverage includes:
- Stitching defects
- Fabric manufacturing defects
- Base frame joint issues
Mattress Warranty
- Mattresses include a 2-Year Limited Warranty covering manufacturing defects only.
Warranty Claims & Repairs
- Issues reported after the warranty period may be repaired at the customer’s cost.
- Warranty claim processing and final resolution may take 2–6 weeks, depending on product availability and replacement logistics.
- Each eligible purchase may qualify for one replacement, subject to inspection and approval.
Environmental & Natural Material Disclaimer
- Natural variations in wood grain, texture, polish shade, or color are not considered defects.
- Damage caused by:
- Extreme temperature
- High humidity
- Water exposure
is not covered under warranty.
Care & Maintenance Requirements
- Do not use harsh chemicals or unauthorized cleaning agents on furniture or upholstered products.
- Follow the product care instructions provided with your purchase.
Warranty Exclusions
Warranty will be void if damage occurs due to:
- Vandalism or abuse
- Lack of normal maintenance
- Incorrect installation
- Unauthorized repairs or replacement parts
- Assembly not performed by authorized professionals (if assembly service was required)
Clearance / Final Sale Items
- Products sold with 40% or higher discount may be classified as clearance, last-unit, or minor cosmetic defect items.
- These items may not be eligible for warranty coverage unless explicitly stated.
Delivery-Time Damage Protection
- If any manufacturing defect or transit damage is identified during delivery or assembly, the item may be replaced free of charge, subject to stock availability.
