Delivery Timeframes
- In-Stock Items: Estimated delivery within 5–10 business days.
- Made-to-Order / Imported Items: Estimated delivery within 60–120 business days, depending on production and import schedules.
- Delivery timelines may vary due to weather conditions, logistics delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Assembly Services
- Professional assembly (if required) will be scheduled within 2–5 business days after delivery.
- Rescheduling assembly appointments may result in additional service charges.
Shipping & Delivery Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated based on delivery location, item size, and weight.
- Final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout or confirmed via email.
Customer-Arranged Shipping
- If customers choose to arrange third-party pickup or shipping, drovexy.shop is not responsible for damages occurring during transit.
Storage / Holding Charges
- If delivery is delayed by the customer for more than 7 days after notification, storage charges of 2% per month of the order value may apply.
Order Cancellation / Returns
- Once an order is shipped or delivered, cancellation, return, or exchange may not be possible, unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival (subject to inspection and policy approval).
